HOW CAN I ENROL?

HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD AFTER ENROLMENT?
You will receive your membership card within 10 days from the date of enrolment.
WHEN WILL I GET MY VOUCHERS AFTER ENROLMENT?
You will receive an email with the link to your e-vouchers within 24 hours from the date of enrolment. You can also access the vouchers by logging in to your account here.
WHAT IS AN ADD-ON CARD?
An ‘Add-on Card’ is an additional membership card offered to the primary holder of the Epicure Program Membership. An Add-on card holder can avail Special Discounts that are a part of the membership only and is not offered any Exclusive Vouchers for his/her usage. The ‘Add-on Card’ can be availed while purchasing the Epicure Privileged Membership by providing the details of the person to who the Add-On card needs to be issued.

HOW CAN I RENEW MY EPICURE MEMBERSHIP?
You can renew your Epicure Preferred or Privilege membership online within 45 days prior to the date of expiry by logging in to your Epicure account here.
MEMBERSHIP CARD/ BENEFITS/VOUCHERS
CAN I, AS A MEMBER, GIFT/TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS OR VOUCHERS?
No. All vouchers and benefits are for members only and are non-transferable.
CAN MY UNUSED VOUCHERS/BENEFITS BE EXTENDED AFTER EXPIRY?
Unused vouchers or benefits cannot be extended after expiry.
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF MY VOUCHERS?
Vouchers have a validity of 365 days from the date of issue.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY VOUCHERS?
Upon enrolment, you can access your vouchers via a link you will receive on the registered email ID. You can also access the vouchers by logging in to your account here.
I HAVE LOST MY MEMBERSHIP CARD. HOW CAN I GET IT RE-ISSUED?
Please write to us at Epicure@ihcltata.com from your registered email ID to initiate the re-issuing process of your membership card.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
An Epicure Member can request for termination of the Epicure Program Membership within 30 days from the date of enrolment, provided that no benefit has been availed during this period. A deduction of INR One Thousand Rupees plus taxes, shall be made by IHCL in order to meet administration and incidental expenses incurred in respect of the membership and the balance sum will be refunded to the member upon such termination.
DISCOUNT / DINING & SPA RESERVATION
HOW DO I RESERVE A TABLE TO UTILISE EPICURE BENEFITS FOR LUNCH/DINNER?
Members need to directly contact the desired hotel or restaurant for reservations.
HOW TO AVAIL THE 25% DISCOUNT ON QMIN FOOD DELIVERIES?
Member can avail the 25% discount on Qmin food deliveries for orders placed via the Qmin mobile application only. The discount cannot be utilized on orders placed via phone or other means. The voucher code must be applied only at the time of placing the order. This voucher code can be used multiple times and for multiple orders through its validity period. To redeem this voucher code, please download the Qmin Mobile Application from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
WHAT ARE THE INCLUSIONS IN THE SET MEAL FOR TWO VOUCHER?
The ‘Set Meal for Two’ voucher entitles the member to a one-time set meal for two, only at the participating All-Day Dining restaurants across hotels does not include any other offerings or services. The set meal will be from a selection of 3-course vegetarian / non-vegetarian menu options as curated by each of the restaurants. The choice of meats in the non-vegetarian menu will be Chicken / Mutton / Fish and will not include any other seafood or imported meats. This voucher can be utilized on all days of the week This voucher is applicable at the designated All-Day Dining restaurant(s) only, and not at any other restaurant of the any other participating hotels. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN AVAIL OF THE FOOD & BEVERAGE DISCOUNT?
The 25% Food & Beverage discount can be availed by a group of up to 10 members. This benefit can be used multiple times through the validity period of the voucher. It entitles the Epicure Program Member to avail Food and Beverage services (including alcohol), across participating hotels and does not include any other offerings or services and is not applicable for redemption on blackout dates. WHAT IS THE COMPLIMENTARY CELEBRATION CAKE BENEFIT?
The complimentary Celebration Cake voucher entitles the Epicure Program member to a one-time cake upon dining at any of the participating restaurants on any day during his/her birthday month as registered with the Epicure Program. It does not include any other offerings or services and is applicable on dine-in and takeaway only and is not valid for delivery.
WHAT IS THE QUANTITY AND FLAVOUR OF THE COMPLIMENTARY CELEBRATION CAKE?
The quantity of the Complimentary Celebration Cake is 1/2kg with a choice between a Chocolate or Pineapple flavour.
WHAT ARE THE INCLUSIONS IN THE COMPLIMENTARY SPA TREATMENT?
The complimentary spa treatment voucher entitles the member to a one-time complimentary sixty-minute spa treatment and access to sauna and steam for one, at spas across participating hotels and does not include any other offerings or services.
ROOM RESERVATION
WHAT IS THE COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT STAY VOUCHER?
The complimentary night stay voucher entitles the Epicure Program member to a one-night room stay and breakfast for two, only in base category rooms of participating hotels and does not include any other offerings or services. The complimentary night stay is subject to availability. Government taxes as applicable will be payable directly at the time of using this voucher.
CAN I AVAIL THE COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT STAY VOUCHER ANYTIME DURING THE YEAR?
Complimentary night stay vouchers can be availed through the year at participating hotels, from date of validation except during blackout dates, festive / long weekends and on any date between 23rd December to 5th January and 14th February of any year.
WHAT CHARGES DO I NEED TO PAY TO AVAIL THE COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT STAY VOUCHER?
The member must pay all government taxes as applicable, which will be payable directly at the time of using this voucher.

WHAT ARE THE BLACKOUT DATES?
‘Blackout Dates’ refer to dates, including but not limited to select weekends, public holidays & festivals, and peak travel season periods, during which time, availability of products and services at the participating hotels is limited. During such times, membership benefits of the Epicure Program are not valid at any of the participating hotels.

CAN I CLUB THE DISCOUNTED VOUCHERS WITH ANY OTHER ON-GOING OFFERS?
No. Epicure Membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other prevailing offers, vouchers, offers, promotions, or discounts.
