(BULK NIGHT PACKAGES 144)

·         The package entities holiday for only 6 Night 7 days in a particular year as per available; location & available hotels.

·         If the customer does not uses the holiday package of the particular year then the said holiday will be get saved and will be transferred to the next upcoming year.

·         Customer can split the holiday’s package according as per his convenient.

·         That it is a statutory policy of the company that the customer are entitle for 6 night and 7 days in a year i.e. he can use maximum 6 night and 7 days on single Holidays, but there is no mandatory provision to uses 6 nights and 7 days, the said customer can uses it as per his minimum requirement. That if the customer uses the vacation holiday only for 3 days then the rest 3 days will get carry forward to the upcoming years.

·         Customer cannot utilize more than one week holidays for trip, but excess amount would also be has to bear by the customer. The customer can buy extra or else additional holidays but as per the price decided by the company at that relevant time (it may very as per the destination, number of person & time of holiday).

·         That the customer has to seek the Holidays request to the company, minimum 45 days in advance Holidays Season depend upon the location.

·         CALENDAR: SHPL currently follows the holidays period from the date of 1st January to 31^st December

·         Traveling Service charges (T.S.C) is as follows this are extra charges which have to pay at time of booking by customer.

·         Amount paid towards bulk night packages is NON REFUNDABLE.

·         That the company will provide accommodation to the member in 3 Star, 4 Star rated Property/Hotels/Villas and Resorts as per available location. We are not directly associated with any property we are only the service provider and hence we provide service through third party.

·         That the customer should inform the company i.e. accommodation request should be sent to the company by the member prior minimum 45 days in advance.

·         The company gives benefits of Complimentary Breakfast to the customer.

·         The company makes it clear that the holidays of Maximum 6 nights/ 7 Dayscan be availed on single holidays.

·         It is mandatory provision that once the booking is confirmed by the members then the holidays plan can’t be cancelled and also can’t be changed.

·         If customer cancels the booking after receiving the confirmation voucher then member can’t utilize his week for entire year. It is also to be taken in record that the Member has to give 100% of booking amount.

·         I understood that the amount paid towards the package is non-refundable amount and I will not ask for the said amount in future also.

·         I have understood the benefit available under the package, which are listed out in this Agreement. I further understand that no benefits other than those listed in this agreement will be available to me under this program.

·         I acknowledge and confirm that all the Terms and Conditions, Rules & Regulations, Bye- Laws of SH, shall be fully and completely binding on me.

·         I confirm that I shall not use the complimentary offer and also the package offer for any improper or illegal or unlawful purpose/activates or adopt the same for any improper or illegal or unlawful gain.

·         I acknowledge that I have been treated pleasantly and courteously and I enter into this Agreement at my own free will and accord and there is no compulsion or coercion exercised by SHPL.

·         For payment done through credit card can convert into EMI’s by paying the applicable interest by the credit card holder.

 I hereby confirm that I have gone through the aforesaid Terms & Conditions / Obligations and I have understood and accept the same
